Hah, well I would of course let the authors defend their own work. I wonder who fact checks the fact checkers, by the way? When I hear the term 'consensus' used with respect to scientific ideas, I can almost hear the likes of Popper and Feynman turning in their graves!
More importantly though, some of their articles are a convenient curation of weather data sources, both anecdotal and data driven - e.g. BBC and The Times articles, NOAA, ECMWF data sources and others.
